Living high off the charity of others

Since the 1980s American businessman turned fundraiser, Roger Chapin, (born in 1932) lives well off charity. In 2005 he and his wife earned $495,000 from the non-profit Help Hospitalized Veterans (that he began during Viet Nam War), a Winchester, California charity. His new project: Citizens to Win the War on Terror. $400 m. collected (1970s-).
